วิธีการต้มถั่วแดงให้นิ่มอร่อย

ขั้นตอนการต้มเม็ดถั่วแดงให้นิ่มอร่อยพอดี
- ล้างเมล็ดถั่วแดงให้สะอาด
- นำมาใส่หม้อต้ม เติมน้ำมากๆซัก 3-4 เท่า ต้มไฟแรงปานกลางจนน้ำเดือด
- เมื่อน้ำเดือด ต้มต่อไปอีกราว 1 ชั่วโมง
- ยกลงจากเตา ปล่อยถั่วแดงทิ้งไว้น้ำร้อนนั้นทั้งคืน (ทิ้งข้ามคืนไปเลยครับ)
- วันรุ่งขึ้น รินน้ำแช่ถั่วแดงทิ้ง ล้างถั่วแดงด้วยน้ำสะอาดอีกครั้ง
- นำเมล็ดถั่วแดงนั้นขึ้นต้มซ้ำ เติมน้ำมากๆ ซัก 3-4 เท่าเช่นเดิม
- ต้มด้วยไฟปานกลางต่อไป ราว 2 ชั่วโมง
- คอยดูน้ำอย่าให้แห้ง ถ้าน้ำทำท่าจะแห้งให้ค่อยๆเติมน้ำลงไป
- เมื่อครบ 2 ชั่วโมง ให้ลองชิมว่านิ่มได้ที่หรือยัง ถ้าได้ที่แล้วให้ยกลง เทน้ำร้อนทิ้งและล้างด้วยน้ำสะอาด
- ถ้ายังไม่นิ่มให้ต้มต่อไปจนกว่าจะนิ่ม
เมื่อทำครบขั้นตอนแล้วจะได้เมล็ดถั่วแดงที่มีขนาดใหญ่ขึ้นราว 3-4 เท่าตัว มีรสชาติอร่อย นิ่มพอดีกิน
